DOYLE WOOD - KEVIN JONES BIO 2026

Music from Kevin Jones and Doyle Wood will be an evening of originals and covers.  They've played shows for nearly 30 years together as a duo and in the full electric/acoustic 4 & 5 piece Kevin Jones Band.   Together, they stretch musical boundaries.  Kevin is a multi-instrumentalist with a strong voice and stellar guitar talent.  He has released 4 CD’s and several single releases most of which were produced in his own recording studio.  Doyle comes from a musical family and has been playing stringed instruments since age 5 and his mandolin playing is captivating and like none other.  Seattle Weekly Magazine called Kevin “Seattle’s version of Jackson Browne” upon the release of his first CD, “Hester St.”   Kevin has shared venues and opened shows at Zoo Tunes, Triple Door and other venues with Marc Cohn, Bruce Cockburn, Little Feat, RoseAnne Cash, Joan Baez, Laura Love, Michael Tomlinson, Catie Curtis, and many Northwest based performers.  Their motto:  "Fun, Not Work"
